Terms & Conditions for Training with Coach Rod Mosby

By booking and participating in any basketball skills training session, clinic, or camp with Coach Rod Mosby, you agree to the following terms:

Session Booking Policy

• All training sessions must be booked through the official booking website.

• If technical issues prevent online booking, special arrangements must be made directly with Coach Rod.

• Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

• Missed sessions will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the full session fee being absorbed (no refund or credit issued).  This will be subject to the nature of the cancellation.

Waiver of Liability

• By participating in any training session, clinic, or camp with Coach Rod Mosby, you voluntarily agree to waive any right to hold 220 Sports, Beebe Athletic Club, Delta Ark, or Coach Rod Mosby personally liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during training activities.

Payment Policy

• Starting August 1, 2025, cash payments will no longer be accepted.

• All payments must be made securely through Stripe or Cashapp on the official booking app at the time of booking.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
